Good industry but you will never be able to show your real talent in this industry because of lot of bloody politics in this industry you never be grown with your talent you will able to grow with worship of useless seniors

I recently joined a new company, and within 10 days, I received a more attractive offer from another company. Can I resign without serving the notice period? Would declining any salary and relieving letter (Experience Letter) it easier for the company to agree to my departure?
