They don’t even follow their own policy acknowledgment Not providing any appraisal or promotion letter if got from their client They can change policy anytime and discriminate you as per their relationship totally hypocrite

For internship an start up your carrier it's good but not good for more then 2 years .

The company is open to innovation and readily adopted latest technology. I love the fact that I am a part of a team that market reliable, high-quality products and has a global client base. Another plus point is that my colleagues come from various cultural background and we work happily in collaboration. I also like the employee re-hire policy here.

Dislikes

The work pressure is high. Sometimes I have work 14-16 hiurs straight in a day as I have to attend client call in the eve and sometimes late into the night.

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year. Please let me know your insights. Update - Thank you for all the inputs everyone who all contributed to the discussion.
