I am working in site about 12 hours per day and extra ours if required including Sunday's without over duty pay and rest. We are happy that there is one benefit from above mentioned problems

Office Management decides self that staff releasing or transferring from site without any knowledge or discussion of site working team..Even they didn't know the whoose persons on site is best for site work..

KEC is the fastest working company for any project.That is big thing of this company because this company has sufficient Employees & manegement for any project. The salary system of this company is upto date and employment is happy for this thing and working hard for the company.

Dislikes

1.)The projects rest house conditions is so poor.The standard of rest house of this company in any project going down and the employees is not happy with this thing. 2.) Project Engineers not get Bills/voucher ammount timely and not confirmed that ammount will get or not .🙂

The work culture is very good. It feels good to work here. Every team is very supportive and the staff is also very supportive.

Here, once someone gets a rating, he will always get a good rating. Whether he works or not. You are doing a very good job. If your rating gets bad for the first time, then your rating will always remain bad. The chance of promotion is very less.I have not understood till date on what basis promotions are done here. *No proper response from HR, HR will not give any kind of information if required says they are busy. *No holidays. *No Sundays. *Working more than 11hrs daily. *Worst Project managers leasons only they favorite Staff words. *Newly elected project manager have full of ego. *Working on Sundays.

Salaries are on time, perks and benefits are great, they have set up an entire learning platform which is really nice. It's just that we don't get time to learn something on that platform because we are working day n night.
