They don't have any policy the working culture is worst they don't have time management starting from 10am literally closed after 9pm and don't pay complete salary after working 11 hour cut the salary every month. Worst company ever, in any company last option is termination of employes but here it is the first option with any kind of small mistake with the employee and if he/she has said something which is not in company favours.
