Everything is pathetic. One of the 3rd class company in logistics services. No government rules are followed No employee welfare activities Owner just want to fill their pockets.

The good thing is there is no strict target given to achieve . Also job safety is there .

When it comes to management it lacks decisions which are required to be taken at that moment. Also when it comes to compensation you will not get paid for the kind of work you are doing. Cost cutting is the prime motto. Groupism is another problem. Not recommended for people with high aim.

Work life balance is very good as there is no pressure from management or team. Bit due to improper policies have to face sudden escalations.
