The only best thing about this company is that there is a wide scope of learning if you are capable to learn by yourself, few are also there to help- guide you, but that still depends on where are you posted and who is your manager.

Dislikes

99% of the company is dislikable, except the learning part. The Salary is below average, fewer growth opportunities, few people will never let you grow in the company. The Upper Indian Management is worst , the Japanese management is not aware about the things that are happening on ground. Most of the team member leaves the company or have left the company due to many reasons.
