Diwali 2022 Bonus ₹500/- only

There is no proper salary structure for employee's. On Diwali they give bonus ₹500 only HR & Accountant both are fool & Teli On Diwali Guard/sweeper distribute sweets on behalf of boss/director. Real boss/Management Guard and sweeper. No management presence in Diwali celebration. Lots of discrimination between employee's.

I am working since one and a half year. I did lot of hard work for this company and the company sent me on official trip to Germany. I got chance to learn new things & their culture there. Thank you so much for all this and i am very happy to be a part of Kaulmed.
