Work culture Stupid expectations Zero boundaries No professional people but claim so Show big dream of growth only to make you gadha majdoor. I would highly recommend this toxic startup that do personification of a established mnc to its employees and exploit them only to donkeys or people looking to no growth in profession and drama and toxicity. Internal favoritism and bias is at par. Management is so messy and authoritative giving no boundary or space to work. They have no coordination among themselves and will drive you mad too. Work hour officially told is 10 to 7 but in real it 9:30 am to 9:30 pm if not less. In the name of salary they give you bare minimum. Work security is the worst. Any day CEO or his assistant experience mood swings and keep coming up with stupid tasks and change in priorities. The management is very supportive, there is no micromanagement. We get sufficient amount of leaves, inclusion of menstrual leaves is a great initiative.

Highly competitive for a fresher. Karyarth is the right place for any fresher wanting to make their career in HR and core recruitment. The company rigorously trains on the same. I have seen my growth from an intern to working full time now. Within a short period of time you get a lot of exposure and growth.

They are not giving proper hires to us, they have not been able to close positions and they treat their team badly. They should be following proper practices and working appropriately instead of doing irrelevant promises. They are ruining their and as well the client's reputation by maintaining unhealthy environment for their employees and facing the consequences on social media platforms.
