Colleagues(on ground staff who actually do the work) are the only good part of Karma

Dangerous to work - illegal construction done. they made 2 floor in 1 floor space by partitioning with wood. BMC officer must be bribed. ceiling can come down anytime. Basic necessities missing - no water in washrooms for 2 hrs a day in 9 hrs. Rats and cockroches roam around the office Karma saves money wherever it can: 1)they never do anything for employee benefit, only for owners pocket benefit. 2)one person has to do 3 to 4 peoples job to save money, example- office boy works as runner, admin is expected to carry out their household jobs, I.T. guy is called at home to monitor wifi installation, 3) owners spend personal expenses use of company money, and then employee are told no profit during appraisal 4)laptop given is 7th to 8th hand old.
