Karini AI is the best place to learn new things on a cutting edge topic. Company encourages us to learn and ideas are respected. Its a fast moving culture but there is lot of upside. You get to learn new trends in Generative AI, AWS Cloud and able to work with smart people.

No job guarantee, no appreciation, no team collaboration, miscommunication between team and management, management always behave badly without reason, one person should work on 6-7 tasks per day with non related tasks, management always compare employee with other team, he/she should work more than expected work, no work life balance.

Current Job Situation: I’ve been working at TCS for over 2.5 years, with a total experience of 4.5 years.
