Key Responsibilities:

• Team Leadership:
• Manage, mentor, and grow a team of software engineers.
• Foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous learning.
• Technical Ownership:
• Oversee the architecture and development of full-stack applications, microservices, and Python-based systems.
• Provide technical guidance and ensure the implementation of best practices in coding, architecture, and scalability.
• Product Development:
• Drive the development and delivery of software products from conception to deployment.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Product Management, Data Science, and QA, to define and execute product roadmaps.
• Agile Practices:
• Champion Agile methodologies and ensure effective use of tools like Jira for sprint planning, tracking, and reporting.
• Optimize workflows to enhance productivity and transparency.
• Generative AI and Machine Learning Integration:
• Leverage expertise or interest in Generative AI and Machine Learning to contribute to product innovation.
• Partner with AI/ML teams to integrate advanced features into software solutions.
• Hybrid Collaboration:
• Coordinate and align with hybrid teams across different time zones.
• Maintain effective communication channels to ensure seamless collaboration.

Key Qualifications:

• Experience:
• 2+ years of experience managing software engineering teams with 6+ years of overall experience in Software development.
• Proven track record in building and delivering scalable software products.
• Technical Skills:
• Expertise in full-stack development, microservices architecture, and Python programming.
• Mastery of Agile methodologies and Jira.
• Strong system design and architectural skills.
• Soft Skills:
• Excellent communication, leadership, and decision-making skills.
• Ability to manage hybrid teams effectively.
• Advantageous Skills:
• Knowledge of Generative AI, Machine Learning, and related technologies.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.

Education Qualification:

• Mandatory: Bachelor of Engineering in Computer Science, Information Technology, or any other engineering discipline.
• Preferred: M.Tech, M.E. & B.E-Computer Science
