Need help in deciding from the following offers

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year. Earlier, we had time flexibility which was the only thing good about the company.

Dislikes

Terrible nepotism and work culture, recent new management and their hires are people with complete fake experience. Their skills are far worse than employees with 1-year experience. Would recommend this company to people who want to convert their fake work experience to genuine and change their jobs.
