It's worst company,

No work life balance, pathetic culture, no respect, Worst team, it's like a door to door salesman job no metters what position you have in this company you have to work like slave. This is not good company for educated people, Everyone leave this company after few months. Only slave can work in this company those who dont have job opportunity,

Good work environment and culture. Teammates are supportive and the management is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling

Nothing much everything is good enough.but the appraisal are like zero over here,i would love if appraisals for TMO could focus on.

Work Details

The job is quite interesting! I struggled a bit in the beginning as there was no formal training session. I learnt everything on the job. I got a chance to wear multiple hats and that helped me get a taste of different roles within the same team.

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3.
