1.Toxic Work culture. They will continuously put pressure on you to ensure the imbalance between work and life. 2. Complex environment and market challenges provide learning. High degree of IT enablement on various areas do provide a lot of learning on systems driven processes. Innovative and extremely cost focussed honing that aspect well.

Dislikes

Poor work culture, no real empowerment , running in circles without a , Terrible work life balance during my time. Middle Management good at passing blame without any real help or mentoring on expectations. Poor compensation wrt to market . There appears to be some change for the better now but have not experienced it
