Quantity is given more important than quality, Promotion solely depends on your bosses there monopoly, You receive call Even on Sunday despite sat/sun (no able to enjoy weekend) . People run like if anything when received work from from bosses...instead of giving sufficient time..only goal is to impress boss...nothing matter.
