Very very worst company HR team is the worst & with full of ego After hiring you are dog for the HR team. Managers are too worst. entry in nerolac is easy but job security & exit is totally bad experience. When you will discuss with HR, they will never supports you actually Nerolac hr are puppets. During interview says something else and offer something else no transparency. Screwed up youngsters career. HR are the puppets of managers. Whatever managers say at the end rest team will do it the same without thinking....Read More
