As a Software tester. I have had a fantastic experience with this company. My team is incredibly and helpful, making it easy to address any issues that arise during testing. Again it is purely project experience, I joined as a fresher and worked for 5 years in various teams, it is having a standard of treating employees and has the respect as a employee and as a developer. I would totally recommend to start your career and for experienced it is going to be challenging.

Dislikes

Hybrid mode was good for employees, but it has got down the team collaboration and remote employees in team will feel abandoned, it is similar to MNC benefiting the employees but not all.
