Salary dispatch well in time.while in others points its just wastage of the time.

Dislikes

Politics involved very much in all the levels. if you have god-father then it will be a very good company to job. otherwise its a bad option to opt the company job.

You don't need to worry about salary, it's on time i.e.31st of each month, company policies are also fine, as there is less staff, you would always be occupied with work

Dislikes

Don't expect much growth in terms of value or salary, they have fixed mindset.
