Team of Product Engineers and CNC Shop is excellent but lack of focus and clarity from Top Management has ruined the growth of all individuals. It is purely of ones own will that an individual would develop oneself. Lack of appreciation & support is totally lacking from Top Mgt . Basic requirements needed to run a shop is lacking. No systems exists. No method of appraising employees exists.

Dislikes

Lack of Vision & growth for the Organization from Top Mgt is the biggest drawback. Besides the compensation -- Salaries and benefits is a big scam / fake.Benefits don't exist ??? Appreciation & motivation from Top Mgt is lacking. Appraisal methods do not exists. No HR Policies nor Employee benefits / compensation exists. This Organization will ruin your life as it makes you helpless without rights and authorities to work freely per your plans. A ......NO Never.......... to join Organization....Read More

Work Details

One has to be motivated enough daily basis to push oneself through all the odds & the terrible work conditions. Excellent support from the Product Engineers & CNC Shop Engineers helped me survive. We achieved Prdn improvement to 15 Cr from 9.5 Crores.

Work days: Monday to Saturday (Strict Timings)

Work related travel: This is a desk job.
