There is nothing to mention 1 good thing about the company! No professional attire , work culture, no respect and employee are working from 10 years like illletrate! My bad I was HR recruitment manager!

There is corporate professionals ethics! They respect employees like salves! Unfit company never saw in my last 11 years experience. Don't waste your carrier or time over other. If you are looking like government job than kindly join!

HR policy is worst, basically HR does a police job. Just like school for everything need to take permission. Kalyani Motors is known for criticising their employees, harrassment, worst work culture, no ethics, no professionalism, ASMs and Managers talk like slum people and they are not fit to be managers. Overall it's a sophisticated slum environment.

Official working days are Monday- Saturday but manager asks to comes on Sunday too. They do not reimburse for expense done for work purposes, such as toll paid to deliver a car in another city They will deduct salary for leaves after making work for all 7 days for straight 5 weeks Manager discriminates because you are an outsider Pay is horrible

Timing should be followed strictly. Leave policy is not good. Need to get permission for everything more than a school. 6 days of work in a week. No breaks, HRs, and managers are not good.
