As I am working in Kalpataru power transmission limited on Project role as engineer civil MBBVPL project Andhra Pradesh Infra division . As I found that HR policy is not good. Long working hours no Sunday holiday, all day working. Senior Manager are not cooperative giving everyday work pressure. Even sometimes site materials haveto purchase by our own salary amount. But at the time of claim site expense they not pay anything. No job security and respect to the employees by senior management.so friends don't join such type of company who do not understand you and your problem....Read More

1. No skill development. 2. Working hours not fixed. Sometimes you have to work for 9 hours in site then you have to come to office and do 4 hours work and sometimes you have to do work on Sunday. 3.
