There was nothing good working in Kalki no growth no involvement opinions given to management was not considered The managers has jealousy issue Management didn’t care for their employees Not an ideal place to work

I have job which gives 6 CTC, YOE: 2 years I need good paying since other batchemates are grabbing packages such as 20+ LPA They have done MBA. I also plan to do the same but my current role is too good. No work pressure, helpful colleagues. From last organization which was super toxic this is a gem. Im not sure what to do Can you guys suggest me
