It seems like a Government organization working in traditional ways, too slow and lethargic. Quality is not up to the mark (only Japanese perception is present). Difficult to convince people to buy products due to the high cost of products. Every 1 or 2 months, they launch products with very few quantities, and management doesn't focus on a few products. Top Management is really a failure Poor HR policies, it seems the HR dept. has unskilled people here, alteration rate is too high, especially in the sales dept. in this company, but the HR dept. doesn't have the plan to retain the employees...Read More
