Only person in this company who is at least good human is Girish Ameta.

Dislikes

Management is least bothered to talk to you even after multiple attempts trying to reach them. They are worried only about the billing not about employees, even though you work for 12 plus hours daily they are not bothered about you. Communication with employees is really bad and they keep them in dark for a long time and finallyyour Salary, Bonus and employee benefits are not paid to you. I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year.
