Kabloom is more of Learn and Explore kind of company. There is no target stress. The environment make you settle in easily and Salary is excellent in the industry. It allows you to settle in maintaining work-life balance.

There is no shift allowance or cab facility only negative thing if at all to find out

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year.
