T&M and AMS support projects is better

Skill development - Good

Dislikes

Don't work in project. Project timeline is 7 months whatever the complex project may be. Project management is worse.

Dislikes

They won't onboard as mentioned during the placement . We are working here as intern for past 16 months still we didn't get onboarded but they mentioned it would be 1 yr intern and even in these period we weren't provided much trainings and work experience. They are not providing certificate also .

I have job which gives 6 CTC, YOE: 2 years I need good paying since other batchemates are grabbing packages such as 20+ LPA They have done MBA. I also plan to do the same but my current role is too good. No work pressure, helpful colleagues. From last organization which was super toxic this is a gem.
