This company is a total blunder, they give u fake promises before joining and after joining they make you work day and night, the directors if the company are biggest frauds i have ever met, they keep crying in front of you to complete the work without giving salary on time, and after project is completed they just vansish and dont give pending salary as well as money of material and machine vendors are also not given....Read More

They dont give salary after taking work from you and director vanishes swiches off his phones permanantly after every project. Many vendors and his emoloyees are searching for him

Work Details

I was a sr. Site engineer, the company director cried in front if me that he has money problems and i should help him in his bad times, i helped in and completed project without taking salary for continous 3 months. After it director vanished.

I got an offer from both the companies, manager role. Flipkart’s offer: fixed (x) + variable pay + stock Deloitte’s offer: fixed (x+1) + variable + 1.5L joining bonus Variable pay % is the same. Flipkart is offering a sizeable huge chunk in stock. What should I consider apart from compensation? Annual hikes, WLB, work culture, etc? (Note that It’s a non IT role)
