Here environment is good. You don't need to go through lots of work stress level but slow growth.

Dislikes

We don't get any type of training over here work related. If u want to develop yourself make it yourself only. You need to push up for your personal growth. Opportunities are also less to people. Salary increments/appraisal is never on time. Here is enough politics but you can face it. If u want learn then here is very less source and chances.

I m in like all rounder position. Basically i m design engineer but we have vast role than this. I used to work on product design concept, new mould design concept, inspecting new product. In that quality control work is also considered. I ISO documents.
