Jyoti kranti multistate is a institute established in the village area firstly it provides so many facilities not only to it's customer but also to their employees to.Actully corona situation is very hard to handle for every one... but due to jkm it goes very simple to us .. Jkm is the employee oriented institute it provides us mask as well as sanitizer for cleaning. And for up nd down they provide us facility. The job is quite interesting.I struggled a bit in the beginning as there was no formal training session.I learnt every thing on the job myself. I got a chance to wear multiple hats and that helped me get a taste of different roles within the same team.

Disappointing Interview Experience with D.E. Shaw

I recently interviewed with D.E. Shaw, and it turned out to be one of the most draining experiences I’ve had. The interviewer’s approach felt unnecessarily harsh and dismissive, which made the entire process uncomfortable. At multiple points, the interviewer asked me to drop off the call, even when I tried asking basic questions about the designation, job description, and other details. After the interview, I found myself sitting there for a few minutes, trying to process what just happened. It left me questioning the overall tone and professionalism of the interview. Definitely not the experience I was expecting from such a well-known firm.
