Only good thing in this company is the working days are Monday to Friday

It doesn't have the growth mindset for a startup and is running as a single-room office. They hire Freshers and want them to work like seniors. They tell even the high-performance candidates that they are not working properly and fire them because they have to give them an increment. I have joined here via consultancy, and the initial package promised was 20000 ctc, but actually it is 14000 ctc, and the amount in hand would be 12346 rs only, which is very low for what they expect. They fire poor-performing Fresher candidates within the 1st month probation period, and even if they survive the first month, they will fire later by overloading work. Job security is and always will be zero, even if the recession goes away. If you are hired as a developer, they only ask for Java knowledge, but without proper knowledge transfer, they will ask you to work in Javascript, PHP, etc. For test engineers, they don't have a proper senior or test lead. Freshers should do everything. The seniors don't even try to properly communicate their needs and give proper knowledge transfer, but they want high-quality work from the poor Freshers .
