Mr. Krishnan is awesome with an Amazing personality. His knowledge and vision is beyond imagination. This man can change your perspective towards work within 5 minutes of conversation. Mr. Shyam Khattar was a great leader but he is gone too soon unfortunately. This organisation has some amazing leaders like Mrs. Preeti Swaroop, Mrs. Preetika Chawla and Mr. Sunjay Malhotra. All 3 of them are unique in their own ways and are extremely fabulous leaders. Preeti ma'am always appears as a mother figure to her people. She will teach you everything from basics just like mothers teach their toddlers. Preetika ma'am is no longer a part but she was such an extravagant leader one dreams to work with. Her knowledge base is so deep that we used to be surprised almost everyday. She was tough and gentle at the same time. She is the epitome of strength. She is that strong woman which every girl aspires to be. She is the one who got me out of the oblivion of 10 years. She was the only person who promoted people purely on the basis of merits. Sunjay sir is coconut, tough outside and soft inside. He is the man of principles. He has a heart of gold. If you are a buttering expert then you won't survive with him coz he hates buttering and only likes hard work. Yes, hard work, it's the only way to work with Sunjay sir. Promotions are given on the basis of your PR with seniors. This organisation has a huge chunk of talent with tenure of 10+ years working at the same level without having climbed even one step of the ladder. Salaries are not at all lucrative and increments are even pathetic.
