Professional employee and Mazdoor. There is no difference. Salaries are very low no increment on time. Work pressure is High. Product are not changeing nor pricing changing only they as sales. There is no improvement on services. Management politics. Manager language is very bad like South head, vps, avs, manager, just go pic up thesales. In the Kolkata branch, during the probation period, the salary is not fixed. From the first month of joining, a target is set, and if the target is not met, the salary is deducted. There are two types of roles: Calling and Marketing. In the Calling department, the salary is fixed, but the drawback is the working hours, and Performance Improvement Plans (PIP) are common. In the Marketing department, salary deductions and PIP are also common, even during the probation period. The probation period does not end after three months unless the target is achieved.
