This company provides a wonderful oppurtunity to grow. Its all about your effort that how fast you grown up, great team work , job stability is good in this company and also one can learn a lot in this company like professional skills and marketing skill. Overall worderful experience i got in this company.

Salary structure is not upto the mark, i think there must be some improvement in salary structure.....and also less interation with HR.....it might be a cause of high attrition in this company ....sometimes seniors don't understand the pain of an executive. Motivational factors are very less.
