Very bad experience with Justdial this company is totally fraud it only do fraud with thier customers as well as there employees too. Management is very arogant, work culture is quite good but people are very jealous of each, job security is zero , and company do not follow their policies strictly management do whatever they want to.

Dislikes

Nothing is good in the company, company doesn't follow their own policy there is no job satisfaction, neither justified salary, the management is hopeless and full of arrogance and attitude. They neither talk to their customers after sales properly neither with the employee.

Very bad life at Justdial , there is no personal job satisfaction, so much of pressure for work, no leaves are approved you have to work on Sunday also there is no job security at all.
