Very bad reputed company, manager and senior team leader they so bad and full of abusive language morning afternoon evening don't go if you have good experience on sales if you fresher good to go because you can lrean so much on the field

Senior will not help you until and unless you not their favourite. If you can sale you can stay else you'll be terminated. Hire and fire policy chal ta hai. You need to beg for leave. Also time is 9:30Am to 6:30 PM but they'll keep you for 8:30PM because they have a impossible target for you to complete.

There is no any chances for salary hike and performance is not enough for the growth in Justdial. I was so depressed when I was working with this organisation. Work procedure is very hactic and lengthy and profile is not fixed for the executive. Please give instructions to the management to fix the profile of the executives.

Pathetic management,less educated people managing teams with zero knowledge Every AGM is here to earn max amount they don't care about the employees. No increment zero bonus. If you were hired on 24k in 2022 then your pay will be same. Favourite ko upar badhane vala culture

The only good about justdial is salary they provide for freshers in entry level job in the job market both Marketing field and Tele - sales Representative....

I have worked as a Tele - Sales Representative in Hyderabad.. The salary is good but there is no job satisfaction. Even if you do a sale ( Package) but the Customer is not Satisfaction and he totally blame you for the thing for the sales we will get the incentive but we will regret the thing we have done To them in Sales Call we totally provide them the wrong information about how they can grow the Business in online but they are lot of people who have took the Package and ( The higher you pay the higher you will receive leads ) They will be no leads to the Customer who take Entry level Package ( Low budget Package ) Even if ther Pay for Highest Package the is no 100% Sure the will get the business It also depends upon customer luck Even if Customer want to stop the Esc ( Emi ) they Company will not cancel the Ecs so Easily the Customer have to visit the Office so many time The Package Contact will be 1 year but the Company will defect the amount after the Contact Finished ... And one more if want to join the company and you don't have Empathy or Sympaty towards the customer you can do a good Sales in the Company and Can Earn a good amount of Money ( insensitive ) By providing the fake promises to the Customers. And there will be no job security in this company if don't reach you target they just remove you from the Company or they just put to much pressure on you to leave the Company They will be Daily hiring in this Company every month 10 to 30 people join the Company and also 10 to 30 people leave the company...Read More

Things i liked about Justdial kolkata branch that of you want to earn money then its a right place.

They don't have good management. They over pushed every employee to work from 9am to 8 pm and they also give work in sunday without any information before. They blame employees for the company management. They don't give any values for employees personal space or private life even if the employee is facing helth problems, Justdial still pushing them to work overtime without any overtime pay.. they tortured every employee metally. And the worst part is Justdial is a customer service based company even though they didn't give service to their customers ....Read More
