Everyone wants to pull each other down. They literally don’t respect employer’s personal life. They always forces us to stay till night because of that employee can not give time to personal life and family time. Everyone wants work to be done immediately especially manager always wants us to work in half hour which is not possible.

My experience working here has been disappointing due to several unprofessional practices. Manager and HR and VP always Salary deductions and hold are made without prior communication or explanation, which is both unfair and demotivating. There is a lack of transparency, and excuses are often given instead of solutions when concernsare raised. The workplace culture is heavily dominated by politics, and employees are treated poorly, almost like laborers, instead of valued professionals.
