This is one of the best companies I have worked for specially because of my passion for pets. Coming from a Visual Merchandiser background from Lifestyle I was a Bit reluctant to join them at first but once i joined all my concerns and confusions were gone. The environment is little different but after a while I was comfortable. I saw some employees were taken back even after the left. so that ways I liked the flexible culture. It took me a little time to get trained though but it was fine. They are still building the policies and culture as it is a growing company. Best part is the care for pets and employees. You can approach the management easily without hesitation and they guide you and help you in every manner. Job Security is awesome as I saw people working for 4 to 7 years which is amazing for a retail brand . No strict policies except for clean shave for men which is fine for hospitality. You get weekly offs, PL, CL and medical insurance and you get double salary for working on vacations. It is a good company for quick growth if you spend some time learning and investing on yourself....Read More
