Few of the teammates are very skilled and helpful. Training is rare and less scope for learning. Job security is pathetic, firing in every quarter is horrible. Career growth is pathetic as there is no scope for protocol testing in platform team and all your skills get crucified as long as you stay in Juniper. Salary is good and often variable pay is swallowed by higher management which is big negative. Travel opportunity is NIL. Juniper is an alternative for Highly politically oriented company. Learning is zero. Work environment is pathetic as you are expected to work in every weekend, all holidays and even in long leaves. Innovation is zero. Work-life balance is pathetic, I personally felt like being in JAIL....Read More

I got an offer from both the companies, manager role. Flipkart’s offer: fixed (x) + variable pay + stock Deloitte’s offer: fixed (x+1) + variable + 1.5L joining bonus Variable pay % is the same. Flipkart is offering a sizeable huge chunk in stock. What should I consider apart from compensation? Annual hikes, WLB, work culture, etc? (Note that It’s a non IT role)
