Freshers can learn by working directly on projects.

Dislikes

No job security At any point of point then can close a product or a department and can say you move to sales, happened with me I was a performing project manager and I was told one day that look out for other opportunities or move to sales. They don’t value their employees at all and trust me there is no work life balance.

I got an offer from both the companies, manager role. Flipkart’s offer: fixed (x) + variable pay + stock Deloitte’s offer: fixed (x+1) + variable + 1.5L joining bonus Variable pay % is the same. Flipkart is offering a sizeable huge chunk in stock. What should I consider apart from compensation? Annual hikes, WLB, work culture, etc? (Note that It’s a non IT role)
