Job security - Good

Dislikes

Promotions are slow (never done on time), work life balance is pretty low(you spend more than 10 hours in office and still is not enough), Bond periods are really tough, and unreasonable. Advice to new joiners, please read the bond related details and then sign the agreement. They are very aggressive about bond period and bond breaking fee.

By applying these lessons, I've been able to thrive in a remote work environment.
