1 ) Salary is too low.. You won't get a salary as per your experience or as per industry standards (you may get 1/4 of industry-standard salary) 2 ) Your performance will be evaluated only with negative points (for salary negotiation) in the appraisal 3) HR will treat you like you are a slave 4) No personal growth even technology-wise No one is there to tell you about your mistake. focus is only on the output in a shorter period of time. 5) lack of senior engineers. work like a college project. just work on getting an output. There is no code review.
