Company don't have any cultural values and their systems are very weak, frank enough this is one Lala organization. South people will be treated as blue colar employees and ask to work like one labour though you are having good designation.

The Company is the best food company, Jubilant foodwork are tack care of our employees for medical, pf, bonus, salary growth, pension Etc. As compare to all food industry which other company not provided. Dominos pizza jubilant foodwork are the best pizza and food F & B, QSR Company.

Reduce working hours of insider team members as they get salary only on depends their working hours. Days when sale goes down , company says reduce team working hours. So that PNL will be managed.
