While JFL is the largest QSR in the sub-continent, it is set to double in scale & size with a vision towards becoming a Multi Business, Multi Product, Multi Country Operations.
JOB PURPOSE
As a Business Development Manager, the candidate will be responsible for expanding footprint of the brand in the allocated region by identifying prospect trade areas and opening new stores and relocating existing stores to better locations.
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES
• Devise strategy to expand Dominos footprint in the allocated region by identifying prospect trade areas, securing right locations and opening stores to aid growth.
• Identify and evaluate real estate opportunities through site visits, site selection metrics and criteria, demographic analysis and research to get right locations for the brand.
• Evaluate existing stores to drive relocations, rent reductions and recommend renewals/terminations and negotiate renewals/extensions to deliver savings to franchisee and own stores.
• Identify and tap new business opportunities of increasing the reach and penetration via relevant strategic tie-ups and evaluate unique/different formats of outlets across the region/circle.
• Monitor and ensure timely completion of the investment and development within the established budget and schedule
3. KEY STAKEHOLDERS
• Internal Stakeholders – Operations, Sales, Quality, Legal, Project, Accounts
• External Stakeholders – Real Estate Developers, Mall Managers / Operators, Builders, Property Consultants
4. QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE, & SKILLS:
• Graduate/Post Graduate with 4-6 years of experience in QSR, Retail, FMCG, Retail Expansion & Operations
• Experience in business development, or alliance management.
• Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Analytical mind-set with the ability to use data to drive decisions.
• Ability to adapt to a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Team player with a collaborative and creative approach to problem-solving.
