Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic HR Fresher to join our team. This role offers a great opportunity to learn and grow in various aspects of human resource management, including recruitment, employee engagement, payroll, and compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Recruitment & Onboarding:
• Assist in sourcing, screening, and shortlisting candidates.
• Coordinate and schedule interviews.
• Support onboarding processes, including documentation and induction.
• Employee Engagement:
• Participate in organizing team-building activities and events.
• Assist in handling employee queries and grievances.
• Contribute to maintaining a positive work environment.
• Payroll & Compliance:
• Support in maintaining employee attendance records.
• Assist in payroll processing and statutory compliance.
• Ensure proper documentation of employee records.
• HR Operations:
• Maintain and update employee databases.
• Prepare HR-related reports and presentations.
• Assist in the implementation of HR policies and procedures.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
