Good work environment and culture.teammates are supportive and the management is transparent. There is a huge cefeteria and gaming arcade chilling company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they good salary hike and Bones every year.

Girls have no future after training period salary is decent but Carrier growth is slow

The job is quite interesting,i struggled a bit in the beginning as there was no format training session . I learnt everything on the job I got a chance to wear multiple hats and that helped me get a taste of different roles within the same team.

One of the worst company I've work ever in terms if pramotion. U can realise what actually gender discrimination and what gender biasness is. JTEKT is heaven for girls only. Girls are promoted only on physical parameters boys have to pay either a huge amount or do buttering of their bosses to get promoted.
