Salary create system is best. Decent canteen facilities but need to improve.

Job security is there but work life balance is not possible because of work environment and 6 days of working. No employee welfare at all and also poor culture. Work load is twice of the normal. Poor Admin facilities and in some cases no facility are their. Seniors were force you to work overtime even after the office hours.

Till date I felt good but after joining JSW personal life got affected as you can't get spare time your self.

If u want work u must be prepared mentally for over load work.

There are many dislike can't count. No salary benefits CTC vs actual very big gap. Working time never ending If boos like u then more work 😀😀😀😀 So overall it's not good for family to given time after working hours ☺️

For a fresher it is good work place to acquire knowledge and skills and build their profile in the relevant area. And also your seniors will be good and supportive.

Dislikes

More internal politics and appraisals are not on performance basis it is on calculative basis.

1) As fresher you get nothing like quaters, food facility. 2) Work culture is too worst. 3) Life is stagnated since slow growth in promotion. 4) HRs are one of the most pathetic person you will meet here.
