It's just for experience purposes we need to work, since three to fours years company was been decorated after corana. Rules & regulations are not standard & suddenly implementation & after some times it will decorated & not keeping constant & Hitler policies.

No growth for employees who are working as L4 -L7 grade and there no promotion after 8 years and manager level employee not even ready to work in Feid & has no technical knowledge nor management they just taking reports for junior & reporting it to management and some false statements to cover their blunder and to correct themselves no leaves for employees & Over time with out any payment

It is very big and nicely managed company. It gives free hand to some extened for working in new areas with latest techniques. The good experienced persons are leading the company .

The company has established the steel, cement and sheeting plants and marketing offices all over the country. At every place Some local effect and groupisum effect is still there, which destroy the good working environment of the company.
