Nothing to learn. You need to learn on your own. Your senior will be learning from you as they have forgotten all that they learned joining JSW. Beware of their incentive part which is part of CTC if any one from plant dies that amount gets to zero directly and its one of the major portion of CTC

Sky is the limit if you can dedicate your 24 hours for 365 days a year. The company multiplies each year and expands into new domains.

Dislikes

1) Customer centricity is missing in the DNA of JSW. If you are working in customer related department you will feel like fighting a lost case each and everyday. 2) There is a lack of collaboration among senior management executives which leads to total chaos down the line and hence deliverance becomes a daunting task. 3) The resistance to not become a employee friendly company can be felt.
