The township, the way they celebrate the festival in the townships, the way they treat the Graduate Engineer trainees, the facilities they provide, the security they give will be so good.

Shifts A Shift Morning 6am - 2pm B shift - 2pm-10pm C shift - 10pm-6am Shift timings are normal but they will ask you to do 12 hrs duty. Combination of shits C+A, A+B, C and then B which you will get insufficient sleep

Job security is good enough here, if you are not done any unethical things then your job like government job.

There is only one day weekly off, and also rotational shift, sometime you feel like I just came home and now it's time to go to office.

When world is moving towards 4 and 5 days, we are still pegged at 6 days working with absolutely no relief. Saturdays are full day working. There is no work-life balance
