Some politics ,ethical issue,own township has very slow process for all essencial service and Room allotment process also lengthy or time taken. Upper managment helps only those staff who are having link or best performer sense.

There are so many salary slab gaps increment and appraisal are not good if your are in jsw then there are partiality for other company employees who has been now became a jsw employee but salary difference is very much between them.

High office politics. Babu and old lala culture.. Boss is always right. Top is always right. Yes man culture. Very toxic work and hierarchy culture. You are supposed to say sir sir to everyone. Anyone senior in position you have to pray to him as God. Typical lala mentality
